Terms of Service

Welcome to StreamPi (“StreamPi”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and StreamPi when you access or use our app, including streaming, watching, tipping, chatting, or any related features.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using StreamPi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use StreamPi.

2. Accounts & Pi Login

StreamPi uses the official Pi Network SDK for authentication. You must maintain accurate information and keep your device secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StreamPi for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of your live streams, chat messages, and other content (“User Content”).
• You grant StreamPi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content for operating and improving the service.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to share it.

5. Community Rules

• No illegal content or activity.
• No sexual content involving minors; no sexual exploitation or grooming.
• No hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
• No spam, scams, or fraud.
• No intellectual-property infringement. Respect copyrights and other rights.
• Follow local laws and platform rules when streaming from public places.

We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

6. Tips & Pi Wallet

• Viewers may send tips to creators using the Pi Network. Tips are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
• Creators are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to tips.
• We do not control the Pi blockchain or your private keys. Transactions are final according to the Pi Network.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We’re not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, Pi Network, ISPs).

8. Disclaimers

STREAMPI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMPI AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF STREAMPI.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StreamPi harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your User Content, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Termination

You may stop using StreamPi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or risk harm to others or the service. Some provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our core team operates. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll update the “Effective date” and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
